What can we do for you?
At BAES we understand the challenges businesses face in the current economic and political climate.
We can provide a range of services to assist you in growing and developing your organisation, including bespoke training, recruitment, CPD courses, translation services and internships.
In addition, we are always seeking to partner with employers to create work experience opportunities for our learners, including on our Supported Internship programme, which gives employers the chance to take on a reliable new member of staff and benefit from having a diverse workforce.
Our programme is fully Government-funded and so comes at no additional cost to you as a business.

Skills for Jobs – Government White Paper
The Skills for Jobs White Paper is focused on giving people the skills they need, in a way that suits them, so they can get great jobs in key sectors of our economy.
This is part of the UK Government’s Plan for Jobs which is protecting, supporting and creating jobs across the country and will help everyone to benefit from the opportunities available to them.
We are building on the successful employer-focussed approach of apprenticeships and putting employers at the heart of this transformation, so skills provision can meet skills need. We are supporting providers to deliver, through more effective accountability and funding.
This reform programme will boost productivity, building back better from the Coronavirus pandemic and creating a more prosperous country for all.
